Our Champagne House
Our house and cellars are in Noé-les-Mallets in the south of the Champagne region. This very old wine making village is nestled in a valley whose slopes are covered in vines. It lies at the foot of the Plateau de Blu, (350m). There are magnificent views from the top of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. We're just 1/2 hours from Paris.

The Plateau de Blu and a Cadole

The village of Noë Les Mallets

The Joly family have made wine for many generations. In the 1970's Georges decided that with his son's help he'd make his own champagne.

His grandson ,Stéphane, is now in charge. He continues the tradition with the same passion as his grandfather, father and uncles. He also has the family's respect for the land and the desire to offer a product of excellent quality.

What's in a name?
Georges wanted to offer a hommage to his mother-in-law, Ernestine Doussot. A woman with a strong personality and sturdy character who died in 1993 at the age of 97. Proof that Champagne conserves!  Her portrait from before the First World War is on the medallion of the cap.

Our respect for tradition and the land have lead us to adopt an integrated approach to pest control and a systematic investment in biological enrichment that will guarantee the vineyard's future.
